Please read these terms before using our website or engaging our services.

1. About Us
Websolutions Architects provides website design and development, e-commerce website development, website redesign and maintenance, business email solutions, and digital business tools.
In these terms, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Websolutions Architects. “You” and “your” refer to visitors, clients and users of our website or services.
2. Use of This Website
You agree to use this website lawfully and not to attempt to damage, disrupt, misuse or gain unauthorised access to the website or its systems.
Website content is provided for general information. We may update or remove content at any time.
3. Enquiries and Quotations
Submitting an enquiry does not create a contract or guarantee that we will accept a project. Quotes are based on the information available at the time and may change if the project requirements change.
The agreed scope, price, payment schedule and delivery expectations will be confirmed in the relevant quotation or project agreement.
4. Project Commencement and Payment
Work begins after the project scope has been agreed and any required deposit or initial payment has been received. Payment milestones and due dates will be communicated in the quotation or agreement.
Third-party expenses, including hosting, domains, premium themes, plugins, software licences and external services, will be identified where applicable. Unless expressly included, these costs are separate from our service fees.
5. Client Responsibilities
You are responsible for providing accurate information, approved content, images, branding materials and any access credentials needed for the project. You must have the necessary rights or permissions to use materials you supply.
Delays in supplying content, feedback or approvals may affect project timelines.
6. Scope, Revisions and Delivery
Work will be completed according to the agreed project scope. Revisions included in the project will be set out in the quotation or agreement.
Requests that fall outside the agreed scope may require additional fees and an adjusted timeline. You will be informed before additional work is undertaken.
7. Hosting and Third-Party Services
Websites may rely on third-party hosting providers, domain registrars, payment gateways, plugins, themes or other services. Their availability, pricing, terms and performance are controlled by their respective providers.
We cannot guarantee uninterrupted operation of third-party services and are not responsible for changes or failures outside our reasonable control.
8. Maintenance and Support
Ongoing maintenance, updates, backups, security monitoring and technical support are included only where expressly agreed. Work completed as a one-off project does not automatically include continuing support.
9. Intellectual Property
Ownership and usage rights for project deliverables will be determined by the applicable quotation or agreement and any relevant third-party licence terms.
Unless otherwise agreed, you remain responsible for ensuring that materials you provide do not infringe another party's rights. Third-party themes, plugins, fonts, images and software remain subject to their own licences.
10. Confidentiality
We will take reasonable steps to protect confidential information shared with us during a project. Information that is public, independently developed or lawfully received from another source may not be treated as confidential.
11. Cancellations and Refunds
If a project is cancelled, fees for work already completed and any non-refundable third-party costs may be payable. Any refund due will be assessed against the agreed terms, work completed and applicable law.
Project-specific cancellation and refund conditions should be confirmed in writing before work begins.
12. Limitation of Liability
We aim to deliver services with reasonable care and skill. However, we do not guarantee specific search engine rankings, sales figures, website traffic, business results or uninterrupted availability.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect losses or issues caused by third-party services, unauthorised changes, inaccurate client-supplied information or circumstances beyond our reasonable control. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
13. Privacy
Information submitted through our website is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
14. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms when necessary. The latest version will be published on this page, with the updated date shown above.
15. Governing Law
